The slope ends at tile height, which takes out the trip edge.

It anchors in the thin-set with a trapezoid-perforated leg; fill the cavity under the slope with thin-set as you set it. A built-in spacer gives a 1/16" to 1/8" joint. Over an uncoupling membrane, add the membrane thickness when you pick the height. Schluter lists every size except 9/16" and 3/4" as ADA-compliant.

Anodized aluminum gives an even metallic finish for indoor work.
