Pro Tip: Apply adhesive with a notched trowel and allow flash time (usually 10–20 minutes) before placing the flooring — the adhesive should be tacky but not wet when you set the material. Placing into wet adhesive causes air bubbles and poor bond strength. The surface should feel tacky when you touch it lightly with your knuckle.
