The 12-foot roll width eliminates seams in most standard room widths, which is the single biggest factor in making carpet look properly installed.

Pro Tip: If you have to seam this carpet, seam placement matters more than most installers admit. Position seams away from doorways and high-traffic paths, always seam in the direction of natural light, and use heat-bond tape with a seam iron — not adhesive. A well-placed, heat-bonded seam is nearly invisible. A poorly placed one is the first thing people notice.
