The overlap-style nosing sits on top of the stair tread edge rather than requiring the floor to be tucked underneath. This makes it easier to install on existing stairs and gives a cleaner look without having to notch the flooring around the nose of each step.

Pro Tip: Cut the nosing to stair width, dry-fit first to check coverage, then glue down with construction adhesive and finish with colour-matched screws through the back flange.
