• Caulk all changes of plane (floor-to-wall, inside corners) with 100% silicone — never grout these joints

Pro Tips

• Pick your drain finish first. Once you're committed to brushed stainless, matte black, or chrome, order everything in that finish. Mixing drain and fixture finishes is the #1 regret in shower builds.
• The tray cuts with a utility knife. Score the EPS foam along a chalk line — no saw required. Easy to trim for non-standard dimensions.
• 4" floor tile or smaller works best with center-drain trays. The four-plane slope requires a lot of cuts on large-format tiles. If you want 12×24" or bigger on the floor, pair with the KERDI-SHOWER-LT tray and a linear drain instead.
• Confirm your drain rough-in size before ordering. KERDI-DRAIN bodies come in 2" and 3" outlets. Know what's in your floor before you start.
