Questions
Who can join?
Tile setters, flooring installers, contractors and builders anywhere in Canada. We need your business name and GST/HST number, and we approve every account ourselves.
What's included?
Every accessory on yourfloors.ca: setting materials, membranes and underlayment, floor prep, grout, adhesives, caulk, sealers, cleaners, tools, trims and profiles, and the whole Schluter range. Flooring and clearance lots aren't included, and neither are a few items we can't discount: your cart shows those at the regular price.
Do I need a code?
No. Once you're approved, sign in with the email you applied with and the discount comes off in your cart automatically.
How does pickup work?
Choose a trade counter at checkout. We email you when it's ready, usually within a few business days. Bring your order number. Full-length trims and profiles are pickup only, so they don't arrive bent.
How do I use my store credit?
Sign in and choose Apply store credit at checkout. If a client returns something, the credit on it comes back off your balance. Your own orders don't earn on your code.
