A satin finish reads as clean and maintained without that high-gloss plasticky look that commercial floor polish is known for. Armstrong Satinkeeper gives vinyl and resilient floors a protective coat with a professional-grade, low-sheen finish that holds up to real foot traffic.
It forms a tough protective film over the floor surface that takes the daily abuse — foot traffic, furniture dragging, cleaning — rather than letting the floor itself take the beating. When it wears, you clean it off and reapply rather than refinishing the floor.

Pro Tip: Apply 2–3 thin coats rather than one thick coat. Thin coats cure harder and more uniformly; a thick coat stays soft in the middle and scratches easily. Let each coat dry completely (usually 30–45 minutes) before applying the next.
