If you want the floor to shine — genuinely, head-turningly shine — Shinekeeper is the Armstrong product that delivers it. This is the high-gloss counterpart to Satinkeeper: same protective floor finish chemistry, cranked up to a mirror-bright sheen.
It's the finish of choice for commercial spaces and high-impact retail environments where the floor is meant to make an impression. In residential use, it's great for entryways, kitchens, and anywhere you want maximum visual impact.
Realistic expectations: High-gloss finishes show footprints and minor scratches more readily than satin finishes. That's the tradeoff for the visual payoff. Regular buffing with a low-speed polisher extends the time between reapplications.
Pro Tip: For the deepest, most uniform gloss, apply on a clean, stripped floor and do 3–4 thin coats. More coats = more depth = better shine. Each coat must be fully dry before the next. Never apply to a wet or tacky surface — you'll get a hazy, uneven result.
