Description
Want a light, airy floor without paying full price for it? This is a full overstock lot of HTBC West Coast engineered white oak in Snowflake: about 1,318 sq ft for $2,500, which works out to roughly $1.90 per square foot.
Snowflake is a pale grey-washed white oak. The open grain picks up soft grey highlights under a matte finish, so the floor reads bright and calm without going stark white. The 5" tongue-and-groove planks are a classic width that suits a cottage as well as a modern build.
It's engineered: a real white oak top layer over a layered core, 9/16" thick overall, which keeps it flatter and more stable through seasonal humidity swings than solid hardwood.
A few cartons on the pallet have been opened (see the pallet photo). Lay what you need and keep the rest as matching spares.
