These are the KERDI-BOARD-ZT tab washers — the unsung hero of a clean KERDI-BOARD installation. If you already have screws but need more washers, or if you're replacing damaged fasteners, this 100-pack has you covered.
The washers are galvanized steel with small tabs that bite into the surface of KERDI-BOARD when pressed in, holding themselves in position while you drive the screw. That small detail saves a lot of frustration, especially working overhead or in tight corners. Vertical spacing: 12" (30 cm) o.c. Horizontal: 12" or 16" depending on stud layout.
Pro Tip: If you're ordering from scratch, grab the screw + washer combo sets (40 or 100 piece) — they're better value than ordering separately. But if you're mid-project and short on washers only, this box ships fast and gets you back on track. Don't substitute with regular flat washers — the tab grip is what keeps these from spinning while you tighten.
