Description
VINPRO-STEP-R is a stair nosing for luxury vinyl with a rounded front edge and a longer vertical face, about 1-1/2" (38 mm), so each stair edge is easier to see. Schluter rates it for residential and light commercial stairs.
The tapered anchoring leg has evenly spaced holes, so you can screw it down or bond it with an adhesive such as KERDI-FIX, and it is shaped so it won't show through the vinyl. Choose a height no more than 0.5 mm taller than your covering. Screws are not included: use #6 flat-head screws at least 3/4" long, with anchors on concrete.
Anodized aluminum gives an even metallic finish for indoor work. It is not color-stable outdoors and the face can scratch, so wipe mortar and grout off the visible surface right away.
Each length is 8' 2-1/2" (2.5 m).
