Description
DITRA-HEAT-PS is the peel-and-stick version of the standard DITRA-HEAT membrane — same uncoupling, waterproofing, and cable channels, but it bonds to clean concrete with pressure-sensitive adhesive instead of thin-set. No mixing, no trowelling, no waiting.
- 134.5 sq ft roll — peel the release film, press onto clean concrete, roll for full contact, then snap cables directly into the stud channels
- Ideal for large heated floor areas over concrete: basements, ground-floor slabs, and condo conversions where you want heated tile without the thin-set bonding step
- Same cable compatibility as standard DITRA-HEAT — works with all DITRA-HEAT-E-HK cables and thermostats
Pro tip: The PS adhesive only works on concrete substrates — it won't bond properly to plywood. For wood subfloors, use standard DITRA-HEAT with thin-set mortar.

How DITRA-HEAT Works in 4 Steps
1. Install the membrane
Bond DITRA-HEAT to your substrate with unmodified thinset. Works over concrete, plywood, or OSB subfloors.
2. Snap in the cable
Run the DITRA-HEAT-E-HK cable between the studs at 3″ spacing. No mesh, no staples, no plywood overlay.
3. Tile right over it
Apply thinset and set tile, stone, or LVT directly on the studs. The membrane stays as your waterproof, uncoupled layer.
4. Set your thermostat
Wire the included floor sensor to any DITRA-HEAT thermostat — basic, touchscreen, or WiFi smart — and you’re heating.
